Computer:

Programming & Space Planning:
Gathered, organized and analyzed information from user groups. Created spacial studies and reviewed with clients the potential efficiencies and opportunities offered by each.

Client Interaction:
Worked closely with clients on initial programming, formal design presentations, day to day contact during the design process and throughout construction to resolve issues.

Collaboration & Communication:
Worked on both large and small teams in deadline driven environments with architects, engineers, consultants, clients and contractors to complete design projects.

Design Presentation:
Through various design software, created design presentations and  formatted associated detailed information to present to clients. Formatted and created binders of information for clients records.

CAD drafting:
Produced complete construction drawing sets in AutoCAD & Revit including plans for demolition, reflected ceiling, power & communication as well as elevations, details and schedules of interior spaces. Created 2D & 3D drawings, working with layering systems, xrefs, filters and model/paper space  layout views.

Construction Documentation:
Created detailed technical drawings for construction projects,  reviewed standard specifications for project appropriateness, reviewed and approved drawings and product information from engineers and contractors. Completed permit and bid documents.

Finish Selection & Specification:
Developed  multiple finish pallets, researched details for each product, presented information to clients and incorporated selections into construction documentation.

Custom Millwork & Furniture Design:
Designed and detailed custom millwork on multiple projects and collaborated with a manufacturer in the development of a new furniture collection.

Furniture Selection & Specification:
Selected furniture, arranged furniture budgets, presented options to clients, created detailed furniture specification bid packages, worked with furniture dealers to resolve installation issues.

Construction Administration:
Worked with contractors throughout the construction process, attended regular site meetings, reviewed shop drawings, responded to Requests For Information(RFI) and final punch-list reviews.

Project Photography Staging:
Involved in staging interiors and furniture vignettes for final photography of projects, worked with professional photographer to review shots.
